Ordering:
By submitting an order the Customer is confirming
to being at least 18 years old.
VH Wines Ltd reserves the right not to accept any order.

Returns:
The Customer is allowed to cancel an order and VH Wines Ltd
will give full refunds as long as the Customer notifies VH Wines
Ltd within 7 working days upon receipt of the order. Please notify
via one of the following methods:-

Following notification, the wines must be returned
unopened, in their original packaging, & within
a reasonable time, to:-

The expenses incurred in returning the order are
the responsibility of the Customer. (For your protection
we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service).
VH Wines Ltd will notify the Customer once the refund has been
processed.
In the unlikely event there is a problem with any wines within
the first three months of purchase, VH Wines Ltd will replace
or refund the faulty wine. Simply contact VH Wines Ltd providing
proof of purchase.
Damaged Goods in Transit:
Carefully inspect contents of delivery. If there are any breakages
or shortages the Customer must notify VH Wines Ltd within 3 working
days (use same contact details as specified in Returns) and VH
wines Ltd will arrange either a refund or replacement for broken
/ missing bottle(s).
The above terms & conditions do
not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
